Start by prying the panel out with a plastic trim tool or taped screwdriver. Remove the panel, mounting screws, and A/C switch. Disconnect the wiring harnesses. For 2006-2010 models, pry out the assembly and disconnect the rear wiring. For 2011 and later models, remove the console upper trim panels, center trim panel screws, and pry out the center trim panel and vents. Remove the A/C switch screws, pull it forward, disconnect the connectors, and remove the assembly. Reverse the procedure to install. Run the engine to check the A/C switch.
