Whenever the measuring calipers are to be changed, they should always be changed in pairs for it is never suitable to change only one of them. For the front, start by unbolt the nuts on the LSD but do not take off the wheels then lift the front part of the car and support using jack stands and then take off the front wheels. Loose the brake line at the caliper, and plug it to avoid mileage and fluid getting into the system. Then unbolt the caliper and after raising the caliper, take it off the brake rotor. To reinstall the brake line, reverse the above process and replace the sealing washers on the two sides of the brake line fitting with new ones, tighten the caliper mounting bolts and the banjo bolt. After that loosen the wheels and open the brake hydraulic, put the wheels and the lug nuts, and then close the hydraulic, and lower the car, and tighten the lug nuts. For the rear, start with unbolting the lug nuts of the rear wheels, lifting the rear part of the car and supporting it on jackstands and then, removing the rear wheels. Disconnect the parking brake shoe from the parking brake cable at the back of the caliper assembly; and unscrew the nut on the parking brake cable and take out the clip; pull the parking brake cable backwards off the hook on the caliper. Remove the banjo bolt and disconnect the brake line from the caliper, nobly threading the fitting to avoid losing fluid or letting dirt get inside it. Bolt, pivot and slide off; The 4 and 5 will require one to remove the caliper mounting bolts, pivot the caliper backward and slide off. To remove refer to the following: reverse each step and before fitting new sealing washers on either side of the brake line fitting, tighten the banjo bolt and the caliper mounting bolt. Last perform a brake bleed, refit the wheels including the lugs securely, jack up the vehicle and finally torque the lugs.
